Based in a disused quarry on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, we have been brewing on site for over 30 years.

Starting with a small 6hl brew kit we have scaled up over time to a 50hl kit in our main brew house and have a capacity of over 600hl in fermentation vessels.
