Donkeystone Brewing Co is a craft ale brewery nestled in the
foothills of the Pennines. Started by Stephen James in 2017 and
driven by passion to create exceptional ales at a time when choice
was limited. By creating the original recipes that became our core
line up Donkeystone has received continuous recognition for the
quality of beers produced. Our growth has continued and lines
have expanded from cask and keg beers to include bottles and cans.
Our passion and creativity knows no limits and craft beer is our life blood. 
We aim to remain true to our ethos as we grow, to work hard and stay humble.
 
From our recently installed custom built brewery
in Greenfield, Saddleworth, we take a modern approach to
the production of craft ale, making beer in the best possible
way. With our own unmistakable style. All our beers are made
with the finest barley, hops and yeast selected from around
the world to deliver the perfect finish. Our line-up is
constantly evolving to include beer styles such as sours, stouts, IPA’s,
pilsners and lagers.
