The first in our range of truly crafted ales, this higher strength Pale Ale uses all American hops and yeast. Chinook is used for the aroma hop to create the wonderful citrus, grapefruit and pine flavours expected from American Hops. Once the brewing process is finished, we hit it with huge amounts of dry hops to give an exceptionally hoppy finish.
