To Lush III – 6.0% DDH Hazy Pale Ale

To Lush is old slang for “to drink” and it’s the name of our series of one-off small batch specials.

Each is a hazy pale ale which exhibits some of our favourite hops – this one the delicious pairing of Citra and Galaxy. Brewed with oats and wheat additions, our house yeast and extensive whirlpool and dry hopping to give a delicious soft, fruity/juicy flavour with restrained bitterness.
