ROLLING ON – Rhubarb Hefeweizen – 4.8%

As we head in to Spring time with brighter times ahead, we also crave those fresher flavours to lift our palate. In collaboration with our good friends up in Leith we have designed a deliciously soft bodied yet zingy Rhubarb Hefeweizen.

Straw coloured and hazy in appearance, a gentle aroma of banana and cloves from the Munich Ale yeast greets you, followed by lighter fruitier notes from the Sabro hops. A very smooth mouthfeel and a background vanilla sweetness is then contrasted by bold, tarte and refreshing rhubarb.

This delightful combination tempts you back for another mouthful, to keep you rolling on.
